WARRANTIES, IF ANY, WITH RESPECT TO SUCH SOFTWARE SHALL ONLY APPLY AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THE APPLICABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT. - As regards financial data, such as annual reports, contained on the Web Sites, only the original Dutch language printed version can be considered the authentic version.
- These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Netherlands.
